The Panther Academy prioritizes individual development and is meant to enhance and supplement what the clubs are providing. We are Pittsburgh's only club-neutral elite development program designed to supplement your club training with individualized attention, a proven methodology, and the technical precision that maximizes players development.
Our coaching staff brings a wealth of experience having coached at every level of the game. From the youth landscape, college (ACC Division I level), professional (NWSL), and senior international soccer. Our staff has competed at the ACC, National Women's Soccer League, Olympic Games, and FIFA Women's World Cup. We take our 30,000 foot view on player development — the same standards applied at the elite level — and bring them to the Panther Academy from U8–U16.
Our methodology goal is to nurture and develop the complete soccer player with a proven implementation of fundamental skills layering that allows players to be proficient technically and guidance needed to reach their full potential.
